SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA): 2 – 8 BUSINESS DAYS

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 2 – 3 WEEKS (ESTIMATED DATES WILL BE SHOWN IN CHECKOUT BASED ON YOUR DELIVERY LOCATION)

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed. Our orders are typically processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming the shipping date along with tracking information. Please use the provided shipping times as a guide. Dainty Dazzle cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or other possible delays.

All domestic orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We regret that we cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed after 3 PM AEST, Monday – Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES

As we are unable to advise the exact amount of customs and duty fees, buyers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that may occur once the order has reached its destination.

RETURNS POLICY

Please be aware that, due to hygiene concerns, we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind or if you wish to request a different style/size. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase.

Damages and Issues:

If the item arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@daintydazzle.com.au.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unused, with all Tool Kit items.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition. Please note that we do not accept items returned to us without prior approval.
